CANDIED NUTS

INGREDIENTS

  • 600 g nuts (almonds, pistachio and hazelnuts)
  • 200 g light cane sugar
  • 3 tbsp. water

PREPARATION

Turn on the convection oven and set it to 150°C.
Pour nuts, sugar and water in a bowl and mix the ingredients together.
Spread the nuts and sugar out in a single layer on a baking sheet with baking paper.
Bake for about 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
The sugar will settle on the nuts.
Take the nuts out of the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet.
Once completely cooled, you can store them in an airtight container.
