PASSION FRUIT GANACHE
For about 40 pcs. filled chocolates.
INGREDIENTS
- 60 g whipping cream
- 60 g passion fruit juice
- 150 g milk chocolate
PREPARATION
Pour the whipping cream and the passion fruit juice into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Check that the liquid weighs 100 g.
If necessary, add a bit water.
Pour the hot liquid into the chocolate and stir with a rubber spatula until the ganache is uniform and homogeneous.
Fill the mixture in a piping bag.
